Petatech International Ltd. was established in 1996 and specializes in manufacturing a patented Non-Metallic Heating Element: ThermalTek® Heating Wire. Other heating vest products, like the
H Bomb Wetsuit, do not use this specialised heating wire.

The primary advantages of ThermalTek® material are its non-metallic characteristics and the low voltage required to power it.  This makes it inherently safe and means it can be powered for hours by small batteries.  ThermalTek® is also durable, flexible, stretchable, salt water proof and washable.  Petatech® has now successfully developed Portable Heating Products for health care, sports and outdoor wear and has become a pioneer of the industry.
